Our selected Reseller program, CyberTeams All-Stars, is for those organizations committed to selling CyberTeams products, and who are interested in building a dynamic business relationship with CyberTeams, Inc. CyberTeams offers its Resellers various programs in support of their efforts. Our programs are: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each of these programs is described below.

Silver Package (€495 per year)
  • Reseller will receive a Support Package consisting of a maximum of 10 total e-mail and phone incidents per product same (maximum 5 phone incidents per sale).
  • Reseller will receive an introductory discount of 25% until Reseller has completed the Company's training.
  • Upon completion of training, 40% discount will apply.

Gold Package (€695 per year)
  •  Reseller will receive a Support Package which consists of a maximum of 15 total e-mail and phone incidents per product sale (max. 10 phone incidents per sale) 
  • Reseller will receive an introductory discount of 30% until Reseller has completed the Company's training . Upon completion of training, a 45% discount will apply.
  • CyberTeams will provide up to 20 hours of personnel services annually to assist in Reseller's efforts to plan, commercialize and provide the following sales support. When requested by Reseller, CyberTeams will assist Reseller in performing the following:
    • Performing commercialization tasks
    • Preparing sales and service documentation
    • Conducting selected pilot activities

Platinum Package (€995 per year)
  • Reseller will receive a Support Package which consists of a maxmum of 15 total e-mail and phone incidents per product sale (max. 10 phone incidents per sale) on a priority basis.
  • Reseller will receive an introductory discount of 35% until Reseller has completed the Company's training. Upon completion of training (see Note: above), a 50% discount will apply.
  • CyberTeams will provide up to 20 hours of personnel services annually to assist in Reseller's efforts to plan, commercialize and provide sales support as follows. When requested by Reseller, CyberTeams will assist in performing the following:
    • Performing commercialization tasks
    • Preparing sales and service documentation 
    • Conducting selected pilot activities
  • CyberTeams will provide Reseller with up to 20 hours of technical management services annually by one of CyberTeams' employees to assist Reseller in Reseller's operation services, including services to assist Reseller in the following technical functions:
    • Administering and operating Reseller's technical support facility
    • Providing technical support for Reseller's field sales operation
    • Implementing and training Reseller's customers
    • Providing Help Desk support to Reseller's customers
    • Managing Reseller's client services operation
