Editor Permissions Help

EDITOR PERMISSIONS

This page allows you to control the toolbar options that will be available to content contributors when they use the WSD WYSIWYG editors -- EditLive! and eWebEditPro -- during Online Editing sessions. The selections you make on this screen will be applied when the applicable editor is used to edit content assigned to this directory (displayed as the Directory Path).

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:

Directory Path The Directory selected on the Maintain Web Site screen, and displayed on the Directory Properties screen.

Default Editor Toolbar This list contains checkboxes for each of the Toolbar buttons that may be displayed on the WebSite Director Default Editor toolbar. Select the buttons to be displayed when editing documents, either by checking each box or using the All: Check Uncheck options.

EditLive! Editor Toolbar This list contains checkboxes for each of the Toolbar buttons that may be displayed on the EditLive! Editor toolbar. Select the buttons to be displayed when editing documents, either by checking each box or using the All: Check Uncheck options.

eWebEditPro Editor Toolbar This list contains checkboxes for each of the Toolbar buttons that may be displayed on the eWebEditPro Editor toolbar. Select the buttons to be displayed when editing documents assigned to the directory displayed in Directory Path.

FUNCTIONS:

UPDATE Select this function to save the selections made on this screen and return to the Directory Properties screen.

CANCEL Select this function to cancel all the selections made on this page and return to the Directory Properties screen.
