PUBLISH NOTIFICATIONS

This screen allows you to select or de-select users that should receive a notification e-mail message each time content assigned to the directory is published.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:
Directory Path The directory path selected on the Maintain Web Site screen
User To Add A drop-down list of all WSD users.
"Notify" list A list of WSD users who will receive e-mail notification messages when updates to file located in the directory are published.

FUNCTIONS:
UPDATE

Select this function to save the user names added or removed from the "Notify" list during this session.

  • The message "Publish Notifications for <directory> Updated" displays. Click OK to return to the Directory Properties screen.
ADD USER Select a user from the "User To Add" drop-down list, then select this function. The name of the selected User will be added to the "Notify" list. You must click UPDATE to save this change.
ADD ALL USERS Select this function to add all WSD users to the "Notify" list. You must click UPDATE to save this change.
REMOVE USER Select a user in the "Notify" list, then select this function. The name of the selected user will be removed from the "Notify" list. You must click UPDATE to save this change.
REMOVE ALL USERS Select this function to remove all names from the "Notify" list. You must click UPDATE to save this change.
CANCEL Select this function to cancel any changes made during this session and return to the Directory Properties screen.
