SUBMIT NOTIFICATIONS
This screen allows you to select users that should receive notification e-mail messages whenever a new request is submitted for content located within the directory.
INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN: |
Directory Path | The directory path selected on the Maintain Web Site screen |
User To Add | A drop-down list of all WSD users from which you can select users to receive notification e-mail messages. |
"Notify" list | This list displays the users who will receive notification
messages when content located in the directory is submitted into
WSD for processing. |
FUNCTIONS: |
UPDATE |
Select this function to save the user names added or removed from the "Notify" list during this session.

ADD USER | Select a user from the "User To Add" drop-down list, then select this function. The name of the selected User will be added to the "Notify" list. You must click UPDATE to save this change. |
ADD ALL USERS | Select this function to add all WSD users to the "Notify" list. You must click UPDATE to save this change. |
Select a user in the "Notify" list, then select this function. The name of the selected user will be removed from the "Notify" list. You must click UPDATE to save this change. | |
Select this function to remove all names from the "Notify" list. You must click UPDATE to save this change. | |
Select this function to cancel any changes made during this session and return to the Directory Properties screen. |
