INFORMATION ON THIS
SCREEN: |
Current Directory |
This field displays the
directory (pathname) selected on the Submit New Request
screen. This is the location on the web site where the content
associated with this request will be published after final approval.
Depending on the requirements defined for the workflow stage, this
information may not be required until later in the workflow process.
If this information is required at the
time you submit your request into the workflow, you will receive an error
message. |
New Filename |
Type the file name you want assigned
to the new content. The value you type into this data entry box
will be appended to the end of the value in the "Current Directory" field.
- You may include the full pathname
(directory) when you type the filename. Any pathname
typed here will override the pathname displayed in Current Directory
above.
- The filename extension (e.g. .html,
.gif, etc) is used to determine the mime-type associated
with your content. If you do not include a filename extension,
your content may not be rendered properly when displayed by the browser.
- This value can
be used in all WebSite Director Templates. The variable names are: <$filename>
and <$fname>.
|
Page Layout Template |
If you are using a page layout template to create this
content, select the name from the list of available templates in the drop-down
list. The template selected here will define the format of the
document you are adding. If an Edit Layout template
is assigned to a Page Layout template, the online editor will automatically
apply the Edit Layout template. |
