ADD/UPLOAD TEMPLATE (Screen 2)

This screen displays the information added on the Add/Upload Template (Screen 1) and allows you continue with the Add/Upload process. Type the information below as it applies to the new template. Then click the appropriate function button: Submit or Save. Click the Functions Available link below for more information. 

WARNING: If you exit this screen by using your Browser's Back button, or if your Browser is terminated before you select a function, the request will be placed in your private Submissions stage with (pending) following the filename. The request will be removed by the Database Cleanup Module unless you go to your Submissions stage and either cancel your request by Disapproving it into the Trash Bin, Approving it into a workflow stage (WSD Pro) or Publishing it (WSD Advanced).
