CONFIRM DELETE
TEMPLATE
This confirmation screen displays when you click DELETE
TEMPLATE on the Maintain <template-type> Templates
screen. You must confirm the deletion on this screen to complete the
DELETE request.

This screen displays the question:
"Are you sure you want
to delete <template name>
?"
WARNING: Make sure the template you are
deleting is not currently being used. If you delete a template and existing
content currently uses the template, the following side-effects may occur:
- E-Mail templates
- Notifications that use the deleted template will not be sent.
- Edit Layout
Templates - Published
content will not be affected. Any request to modify the content will not be
able to use the deleted template. Instead, the structure and format of
the referencing Page Layout Template will be used.
- Page Header, Page Foot and Page Layout
templates - Published content will not be
affected. Any request to modify the content will not be able to use the
deleted template.
- Index Templates
- Directory Indexing that uses the deleted template will not be performed.

request. WSD displays a message that the template has been deleted. Click
OK to return to the Maintain <template-type> Templates
