This screen displays the template selected on the previous screen, and allows you to submit a request to modify the template. Depending on your User Permissions, some of all of the Upload, Edit Online, or Download functions may not be available to you. Type the new information and click the appropriate function button. You may also use the Comments area to enter any instructions required for others to provide additional processing associated with your Modify request.

WARNING: If you exit this screen by using your Browser's Back button, or if your Browser is terminated before you select a function, the request will be placed in your private Submissions stage with (pending) following the filename. The request will be removed by the Database Cleanup Module unless you go to your Submissions stage and either cancel your request by Disapproving it into the Trash Bin, Approving it into a workflow stage (WSD Pro) or Publishing it (WSD Advanced).
