Move Directory Help

MOVE DIRECTORY

This screen allows you to move the directory and all of the content stored in the directory (selected on the Maintain Web Site screen) to a different parent directory.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:

Old Directory

Displays the directory name selected on the Maintain Web Site screen.

New Directory

Type the name of the directory to which you are moving the Old Directory. If you wish to enter the full pathname for the New Directory, you must either

type in a fully qualified directory name beginning with "/", or
select "/" under New Parent Directory.

Note:If you select the parent directory from the New Parent Directory list, you must type the name of the new directory into the New Directory field.

New Parent Directory

Select the parent directory for the New Directory from the list of existing directories. If you wish to enter the full pathname under New Directory, make sure the New Directory name begins with a "/", or "/" is selected in this list.

FUNCTIONS:

MOVE Select this function to move the Old Directory, any subdirectories under the Old Directory and the contents stored in the Old Directory, to the New Directory.

CANCEL Select this function to cancel the information entered/selected on this screen and return to the Maintain Web Site screen.
