Document | The path (directory) and filename -- selected on the Submit New Request screen -- of the content to be renamed. This information may not be changed on this screen. |
New File Path and Name | The path and filename of the content selected on the Submit New Request screen is duplicated here. Type the new path (directory) and filename for the content (Document). |
Title | The title of the content selected on the Submit New Request screen is duplicated here. If you have the necessary permissions, you may type a new title for the content to be copied. This information may be referenced by the <$title> template variable (Header, Footer, Page Layout and Directory Indexing templates). |
Description |
The description of the content selected on the Submit New Request screen is duplicated here. If you have the necessary permissions, you may type a new description for the copied content in this Data Entry box; up to 255 characters. This information may be referenced by the <$description> template variable (Header, Footer, Page Layout and Directory Indexing templates). |
Page Layout Template | This field displays if the document you are renaming uses a Page Layout Template. This information may not be changed. |
Header |
If a Header Template was assigned to the content selected on the Submit New Request screen, the name displays here. If you have the necessary permissions, you may select a different Header template for the copied content from the drop-down box. Note: If the content's mime type (based on the file extension) does not have the "Templates Supported" option enabled, this field will not display. See Edit Mime Type for more information. |
Footer |
If a Footer Template was assigned to the content selected on the Submit New Request screen, the name displays here. If you have the necessary permissions, you may select a different Footer template for the copied content from the drop-down box. Note: If the content's mime type (based on the file extension) does not have the "Templates Supported" option enabled, this field will not display. See Edit Mime Type for more information . |
Comments | Type your comments regarding this request, or instructions to other members collaborating in your workflow into this data entry box. These comments will become part of the permanent record associated with this request, and may be viewed in the content's Version History after it is published. These comments can be used in e-mail notifications that use the <$comments> template command. |
