HOW TO UPDATE YOUR USER INFORMATION

When you were added as a WebSite Director (WSD) user, your user name was assigned, and your first and last name, e-mail address, and password were entered. You can change your user information and password on the following screen, which are accessed from your User Preferences screen:
This document will guide you through the steps required to change your User Information and Password.
 
How to Change Your User Information
  1. Log on to WebSite Director (WSD) using your WSD User Name and Password. The Application Desktop displays three selection bars - Menu Bar, Menu Tool Bar and Function Tool Bar – that provide access to WSD functions. 
  2. On the Menu Bar, click to access the User Preferences screen.
  3. On the User Preferences screen, click  to access the Edit User Info screen.
  4. Make your changes to the fields described below. Note that you may not change User Name, Creation Date and Modified Date.
  5. When have you completed your changed, click   to save your changes and return to the User Preferences screen.

How To Change Your Password

  1. On the User Preferences screen, click  to access the Change Password screen.
  2. Type your new password in the New Password data entry field.
  3. Re-type your new password in the Confirm Password data entry field. 
  4. When finished, click  to save the new password and return to the User Preferences screen.
