Frequently Asked Questions module
The WSD templates language makes it possible to automatically generate indexes of Frequently Asked Questions pages. The indexes can be generated by any custom script (PHP, ASP, etc..) or with WSD directory indexing templates.
The Help Director support ticket system integrates smoothly with the FAQ content on the site.
