Our WebSite Director products provide the flexibility you need to meet the sophisticated requirements for building and maintaining all of the web sites you use to dispense information and interact with your customers, trading partners, and commercial site visitors.

From simple Intranets to sophisticated trading partner portals, our products provide easy-to-implement, easy-to-use, and easy-to-maintain solutions. Using our Feature Comparison worksheet, you can quickly choose which combination of products that will meet your diverse feature requirements. Reviewing our pricing options will show you how WebSite Director can give you the highest return on your investment.

  • WebSite Director Pro, with its focus on workflow, is the ideal candidate for those sites having workflow requirements. Customizable, approval-centered workflows allow your implementation to parallel your existing manual procedures and processes. WebSite Director Pro is the most cost-effective Web Content Management solution for organizations with a diverse inventory of intellectual properties.
  • WebSite Director Advanced is aimed at web sites that do not require workflow, yet provides all of the other content management features of the Pro version.

You can easily integrate all of our products with any other server applications, such as shopping cart systems, price and product catalogs, billing systems, etc. You won't need to change platforms because our products run equally well in both UNIX and Windows environments.

WebSite Director's pre-installed easy-to-understand guides and free telephone assistance from our installation technicians mean you can be up and running in hours, not days or weeks. Tutorials, training guides, and help screens included in the download package will quickly lead your contributors through the content management experience.

Page Layout Templates make updating content an easy job for non-technical users. The selective Word-to-HTML conversion capability allows you to create pages offline in a familiar environment, yet publish them in standard HTML format.

Authorized users can upload content using their browser, or create content online using the Microsoft Word-like WYSIWYG editor. Technical users who understand HTML can be given permission to use the HTML editor, where appropriate.

The Version History of all published content is saved in the Version History Library. This Library also retains an Approval history and all Properties associated with the content at the time it was published. Contributors can revert to any previously published version when necessary.
