Page Layout Templates make updating content an easy job for non-technical users. The selective Word-to-HTML conversion capability allows you to create pages offline in a familiar environment, yet publish them in standard HTML format.

Authorized users can upload content using their browser, or create content online using the Microsoft Word-like WYSIWYG editor. Technical users who understand HTML can be given permission to use the HTML editor, where appropriate.

The Version History of all published content is saved in the Version History Library. This Library also retains an Approval history and all Properties associated with the content at the time it was published. Contributors can revert to any previously published version when necessary.
