Confirm Cancel Request Help

CONFIRM CANCEL REQUEST

This confirmation screen displays when you click CANCEL on the Submit New Request screen. You must confirm the cancellation on this screen to complete the cancellation request.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:

This screen displays the question:
"Are you sure you want to cancel this request?
Any updates that you made (through Upload or Edit Online) will be deleted"

FUNCTIONS:

CONFIRM CANCEL REQUEST Select this function to confirm cancellation of the request and return to the Submit New Request screen.

RETURN TO REQUEST Select this function to discards the Cancel request and return to the request's processing screen.
