Maintain Templates Help

MAINTAIN TEMPLATES

This screen allows you to access the Add, Edit and Delete Template screens where you can perform these functions immediately without going through the Approval process.

A Version History will not be maintained for any template created via these screens. However if you use Submit New Request to Modify a template that does not have a Version History file, one will be started with the Modify information.
If you use these screens to modify a template that has a Version History file (created via Submit New Request), the template's Version History will not be updated.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:

Select Template Group

A list of the template groups for your site, as follows:

E-mail Templates
Page Header Templates
Page Footer Templates
Page Layout Templates
Edit Layout Templates
Index Templates

FUNCTIONS:

CONTINUE	Highlight a template group in the Select Template Group list, then select this function to display the Maintain Templates screen for that template group.
RETURN	Select this function to return to the System Administration screen.
