ABOUT TEAMWSD

The About screen displays the following system information about TeamWSD and your browser:

Version - the TeamWSD version number.
Client Information - displays the following information:
- Browser Description - a brief description of your browser.
- JavaScript - indicates if your browser supports JavaScript. If your browser supports JavaScript, TeamWSD displays any documents you are viewing or previewing in a separate window.
  - Enabled indicates that your browser supports JavaScript;
  - Disabled indicates that it does not.
Server Information - displays the following information about the server on which TeamWSD is installed:
- Platform - the type and version information of your server machine operating system.
  For Example:
  - FreeBSD 2.1.7-RELEASE, or
  - Windows NT 4.0
- Web Server - the type and version information of your web server software.
  For Example:
  - Apache/1.2.6, or
  - Microsoft-IIS/4.0
- Database Server - the type and version information of your database server software.
  For Example:
  - mSQL 1.0.16, or
  - ACCESS 3.5 Jet (ACCESS)
- Database Connection - describes the type of connection between TeamWSD and the databse server.
  For Example:
  - Localhost via UNIX socket, or wsd (c:\odbc-datastores\wsd) using ODBC 02.50
License information - TeamWSD opens and reads a license file each time it starts. The license information includes the following:
- Version - The version number of TeamWSD for which the license is valid.
- Expiration Date - For Example:
- Number of Users - The number of TeamWSD users.
- Number of Repositories - This block shows each WebSite Director version (WSD Pro, WSD, WSD Express and WSD Lite), the number of repositories for each version, and the number of users for each repository.
- License Key - The unique customer licewnse key in the format 999.999.999
- Machine ID/Name - The Machine ID or Name, up to 20 characters in length, of the server for which the license is valid. If the Machine ID is longer than 20 characters, only the first 20 characters are used in license generation.
- Installation Path displays when a license is for a specific location -- as in multiple installations for the same server -- and indicates where the software is installed.
- License Options indicate the additional WSD options for which you are licensed:
  - DAV: Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning
  - API: (external) Application Program Interface
  - Layout: Page Layout Templates
  - eWebEditPro: eWebEditPro WYSIWYG editor by Ektron
  - EditLive!: EditLive! WYSIWYG editor by Ephox
  - WP2HTML: Word-to-HTML conversion
  - LiveSubmit/Update: Live Submit (WSD Pro and WSD) or Live Update (WSD Express and WSD Lite) capability
