Accessed from the Maintain Mime Types
screen |
This screen allows you to edit the extensions and
options of the Mime Type selected on the Maintain Mime Types screen, as follows:
| Mime
Type |
Displays the name of the Mime Type selected
on the Maintain Mime Types screen. |
| Extensions |
A data entry field where you may change the
extension of the Mime Type. This information is used by the browser to
associate files of this mime type with a locally installed application
(for example, doc indicates a Microsoft Word document). This information
is displayed in parenthesis immediately following the Mime Type in the
list of Mime Types. |
| Options |
Check or uncheck the following
checkboxes:
- Edit Online Supported - content may be
edited on-line.
- Templates Supported (Not available in WSD and WSD
Lite) - content
can use Page Layout templates.
- Include BASE HREF Tag - content will have
a BASE HREF tag be placed at the beginning of the content during View
and Preview.
- Dynamic Content - Content will be
temporarily copied into the Dynamic Content Preview Directory during
View and Preview (see System
Configuration).

Updates the changes made on this screen and
returns you to the Maintain Mime Types screen. |
| CANCEL |
Discards all information entered on this
screen and returns you to the Maintain Mime Types
screen. |
