If you require
segregation of certain documents for control by a separate group of individuals,
or if you need a directory where you can store confidential documents, you may
chose to define these directories as "Private" on the Configure New Repository and Configure Repository screens.
Access to Private Directories (you can have more
than one) is assigned to users on the User
Administration screens.
