DIRECTORY TEMPLATES

This screen allows you to restrict availability of templates (Page Layout and Edit Layout) that may be assigned to content that resides in the directory displayed at "Directory Path."   Only "Available" templates will be displayed to content contributors when they submit a new request to add content that will reside in the directory. This limitation also applies to the template selections listed on the  "Properties" screen for individual requests within the workflow.

If you have not previously assigned Available templates for a directory, all of your site's templates will be shown as Available. Use the Action Keys to move any templates to the Not Available list, as applicable.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:

Directory Path	The Directory displayed on the Directory Properties screen.
Not Available	These two lists contain the Page Layout and Edit Layout template names that will not be available for content that resides in the directory.
Action Keys	These keys allow you to move template names between the Not Available and Available lists.
Available	These two lists contain the Page Layout and Edit Layout template names that may be used with content that resides in the directory.

FUNCTIONS:

UPDATE	Select this function to update changes that you have made on this screen, and return to the Directory Properties screen.
CANCEL	Select this function to cancel any changes that you made on this screen, and return to the Directory Properties screen.
