USER ACCESS PERMISSIONS
Accessed from the Directory Properties screen
Directory The directory selected on the Directory Properties screen. 
Options - Restrict Web Site Visitor Access (Use Login Prompt below)

Select this checkbox to prevent unauthorized visitors from accessing the directory, and to display the Login Prompt when a visitor attempts to access the directory.

Options - Allow Access to All WSD Users (Ignore access lists below) Select this checkbox to allow all WSD users access to the directory. Important note: overrides the Prevent Access and Allow Access options below.
Login Prompt

This text will display to visitors attempting to access the directory when the "Restrict Web Site Visitor Access" checkbox has been selected (see above).

Prevent Access

Displays all WSD users (default).

  • To move a user to the Allow Access list, highlight the user's name and click  "Add User to Allow Access List"
  • To move all users to the Allow Access list, click  "Add All Users to the Allow Access List"  
Allow Access Displays WSD users allowed to access this directory.
  • To remove a user from the list, highlight the user's name and click  "Remove User from Allow Access List" 
  • To remove all users from the Allows Access list, click  "Remove All Users from the Allow Access List"
Function Buttons  
UPDATE WSD saves your selections and returns you to the Directory Properties screen. Important note: You must click UPDATE on the Directory Properties screen to save the selections you made on this screen.
CANCEL Discards any changes made on this screen, and returns you to the Directory Properties screen.
