USER UPDATE PERMISSIONS
Accessed from the Directory Properties screen
Directory The directory selected on the Directory Properties screen. 
Prevent Updates

Displays all WSD users (default).

  • To move a user to the Allow Updates list, highlight the user's name and click  "Add User to Allow Updates List"
  • To move all users to the Allow Updates list, click  "Add All Users to the Allow Updates List"  
Allow Updates Displays WSD users allowed to update this directory.
  • To remove a user from the list, highlight the user's name and click  "Remove User from Allow Updates List" 
  • To remove all users from the Allows Updates list, click  "Remove All Users from the Allow Updates List"
Function Buttons  
UPDATE WSD saves your selections and returns you to the Directory Properties screen. Important note: You must click UPDATE on the Directory Properties screen to save the selections you made on this screen.
CANCEL Discards any changes made on this screen, and returns you to the Directory Properties screen.
