EDIT GROUP

This screen allows you to change information for the group selected on the Maintain Groups screen. 

Note: When you select a Group Stage from the list of "Responsible Stages" on this screen, the group you are editing will be listed under the selected Group Stage's name on the Add Approval Class and Edit Approval Class screens. To REQUIRE the group to approve requests for the Group Stage selected on this screen, select "Approvals Needed" as Required by the Group Stage's name on the Add Approval Class or Edit Approval Class screen.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:
Group Name The name of the group selected on the Maintain Groups screen. This information can be changed on this screen
Group ID The internal Group ID used by template designers and application developers. It is displayed here for their use in most of the external API commands that refer to WSD groups, in the "group= " Layout Template attribute, and the "groupmember" template conditional tag.
Responsible Stages (WSD Pro only)  A list of group stages with checkmarks by the Stages for which members of the group may approve requests. Select/deselect checkboxes by the Group Stages names, as applicable. Note that Approvals Needed must be set to Required on the Add Approval Class or Edit Approval Class

FUNCTIONS:
UPDATE GROUP Select this function to save the changes made on this screen and return to the Maintain Groups screen.
CANCEL Select this function to cancel any changes made on this screen and return to the Maintain Groups screen.
