ADD/UPLOAD TEMPLATE (Screen 1)

This is the first of two screens that allow you to add a new template (Header, Footer, Page Layout, Edit Layout, E-Mail or Directory Indexing) to your web site. Type the information below as it applies to the new template. Then click CONTINUE (see FUNCTIONS below). 

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:
Current Directory This field displays the directory (pathname) selected on the previous page. This is the location on the web site where the template associated with this request will be published after final approval. Depending on the workflow stage requirements, this information may not be required until later in the workflow process.
New Template Type the file name you want assigned to the new template. 

Note: The template extension may be used to identify the template type (for example, .header, .footer, etc.). Make sure you understand the naming conventions for your site. Other possible conventions include using the extension to show whether the template is used for specific applications or associated with organizational entities.

FUNCTIONS:
CONTINUE Displays Add/Upload Template (Screen 2) .
CANCEL Discards the information typed on this page and returns you to the Submit New Request screen.
