ALL PENDING REQUESTS

As a System Administrator, this screen allows you to maintain requests in all users' Pending Requests stages. Individual users can only work with the requests in their own Pending Request stage.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:
Current Requests

This list display requests that are currently in all users' Pending Requests stages. Each request is identified by the user's Username, the Request Type (ADD, MODIFY, etc.), and the path and filename associated with the request. Requests may have been placed into a user's Submission stage for one of the following reasons:

  • The user clicked "Save" on the Submit New Request screen.
  • The system placed the request in this stage due to a system error during submission processing, or the user clicked the browser's back arrow or accidentally closed the browser window instead of clicking on Submit on the Submit New Request screen. These Requests are indicated by "(pending)" following the filename.
Pending requests will be removed by the scheduled database Cleanup Module unless Approved or Deleted by a System Administrator, or saved by the owning user within the number of days specified by the "Temp File Cleanup Age" field on the System Configuration screen.
