Accessed from the User Administration screen

Function Buttons
User Name This is the user name selected on the User Administration screen. It may not be changed.
First Name & Last Name  The First Name (optional), which can include the middle initial, and Last name, which can include a suffix, such as Jr., Sr., or III at the end of the name.
Working Directory When present, must contain a valid directory name within the web server's Document Root. This user will then be limited to submitting requests only for web assets located in the specified directory and those directories defined under the specified directory. Note: The user will not be able to see, browse, or access any other directories within the Document Root.
Permissions Assign permissions to the user by checking/unchecking the checkbox(s):
  • User Administration - gives the user permission to add, delete and change another user's information.
  • Write Access - gives the user permission to add and edit documents on the WSD site. Without this permission, a user can only view and download documents using WSD.
  • Access Control - gives the user permission to access the Access Control options on the Directory Properties screen.  
  • Template Administration(Not available in WSD Lite) - gives the user permission to access the Maintain Templates screens.
  • System Administration - gives the user permission to access the System Configuration screen.
Function Buttons
UPDATE USER Updates the information entered on this screen and returns you to the User Administration screen.
CANCEL Discards all information entered on the screen and returns you to the User Administration screen.
