APPROVAL HISTORY

This screen displays the approval history for the selected version of a document or template published by WSD, beginning with the date and time the request was submitted up to the time that it is Published to the web site. This selection is made of the Version History screen for the document/template.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:

The title of the screen is in the following format:

Approval History for Version <version number> of <path and file name of content/template>. 

The first line of the report contains the Request Category (Document or Template) and the path and filename.

The following information is listed in chronological order along with the First & Last Name and e-mail address of the user who submitted the request, the day, date and time the action occurred, and the user's URL (if included in the user's information). One line displays for each action.  

Submitted by:

Approvals Needed Updated by:  --  Indicates that one or more workflow stages for this request were changed on the Approvals Needed  screen.

Approval Class Changed by:  <"From" Approval Class> ==> <"To" Approval Class> --  Indicates that the Approval Class for this request was changed on the Approvals Needed  screen.

<Action> in <Stage Name> by: (<Group-Name>)  --  --  Indicates that the request was Updated, Approved or Disapproved in a stage. If the stage is a Group Stage , the group name also displays. 
Published: -- Displays the date the content was published.
