Approvals Needed Help

APPROVALS NEEDED

This screen allows you to view the Workflow Stages through which this request must pass before it can be published. If you have "Modify Approvals Needed" system permission (see User Permissions) and have accessed this screen from the Edit Request or Submit New Request screen, you may change the Approval Class and Approvals Needed selections for this Request.

INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN:

Request	The Request Type (ADD, MODIFY, etc.), and the path and filename of the request.
Approval Class	Displays the Approval Class currently assigned to the request. You may change the Approval Class by selecting another class from the drop-down list. If you select another class, the Approvals Needed list will refresh to display the stages assigned to the newly-selected Approval Class. Approval Classes are created/maintained via the Maintain Approval Classes screen. The system default Approval Class is selected on the System Configuration screen An Approval Class can be assigned to a WSD user by the User Administrator as a User Permission, and/or to a directory on the Create Directory or Directory Properties screen.
Approvals Needed	A list of all workflow stages and all groups responsible for approvals in Group Stages for your installation of WSD. The stages and groups in Bold Blue type are those intially defined and required when using this Approval Class. The checkmarked stages and groups are those currently required to process/complete the workflow associated with this Request.

FUNCTIONS:

UPDATE If you have made changes to the Approval Class or Approvals Needed, select this function to updates the changes and return to the Properties screen.
Note: This function is available only if you have "Modify Approvals Needed" system permission (see User Permissions ) AND you accessed this screen via Edit Request or Submit New Request screen.

RETURN Select this function to discard any changes made on this screen and return you to the Properties screen.
